Kangaroo Island declared National Landscape

Kangaroo Island has been declared Australia’s ninth National Landscape by Tourism Australia. The Island joins a prestigious but small list of Australian icon landscapes that illustrate the best natural experiences  Australia has to offer. Kangaroo Island has been declared because of its spectacular wildlife, great nature based activites, stunning coastline and great local food and wine. The Island has become part of the Tourism Australia key destination marketing program and will be used to broaden knowledge about Australian tourism experiences. Learn more about the National Landscapes program and read about the Tourism Australia announcement . Then visit Flour Cask Bay Sanctuary and experience it for your self.
