Campsites

Flour Cask Bay Sanctuary has two styles of camping sites for those who are looking for a campsite on Kangaroo Island - whether you are hiring a Kimberley Kamper or a Car camping kit from us or whether you have your own caravan, trailer or tent. Both our Private and Semi-private campsites are bush sites with toilet facilities. While we do not have all the facilities of a caravan park our sites offer space and privacy in a totally natural setting. Water is supplied when required.
Sunset Lagoon 

Sunset Lagoon

Our Private campsite at Sunset Lagoon is the perfect choice for a totally secluded getaway. The site is suitable for a larger groups with room for multiple tents or trailers. The site has it’s own chemical toilet with  and shower tent enclosure with hot water on demand. Sunset Lagoon is aptly named with the sunset views over the shallow salt lagoon never failing to impress. The lagoon holds a varying amount of water depending on the season and even when completely dry displays a picturesque evening display.

Swan Lagoon

Swan Lagoon

Swan lagoon has ten Semi-private campsites. While not as remote as our private campsite, it offers spacious sites which give a good degree of privacy from other campers. Shared toilet facilities are available. Hot water systems with showers are available for separate hire upon request for your private use. Swan Lagoon at some times in the year provides a home to the Black swan of our logo along with a variety of other bird life. This campsite offers good access for caravans and camper trailers.
