Booking Deposit
A deposit of $100 is payable upon booking.
Deposits can be made by phone with Visa or MasterCard details, by mailed cheque or by prearranged direct debit. Bookings do not become confirmed until receipt of this deposit.

Cancellations
Deposit is refundable up to 14 days prior to departure less $20.00 administration charge.
Deposit less the administration charge is refundable for cancellations after this time only if a rebooking is made for all of the dates of the booking.
Early returns will not attract a refund unless the hired item can be rehired for the total period of the outstanding dates.

Payments
Payments for 4WDs and trailers must be made by Visa or MasterCard. Cash payments may be taken for bikes, canoes or equipment with a bond as set out below.

Security
Credit Card details are held as security on hire of all hired items. Cash security can be arranged for bikes or equipment. Cash security is not accepted on 4WDs or trailers.
Security monies and credit card details can be held for a period of one week after return of the hired item.

4WD and Trailer Insurance

Excess
Excess applies to each hired vehicle
Drivers over 21 years - $2500.00
Drivers over 25 years - $2000.00
Box trailer - Excess $250.00

Optional excess reductions or removal
Level 1 - Excess of $1000 - additional $25.00 per day per vehicle
Level 2- Nil excess - additional $35.00 per day per vehicle
(includes windscreen replacement)

Restrictions
Vehicles may be driven on all areas of the island with the exception of any beaches.
No restrictions on night time driving.
Tyre and Windscreen damage is the hirers responsibility. Windscreen replacement is included with Level 4 Excess reduction only.
Photo identification is required for hire of all items.
Car and trailer hire is restricted to drivers over 21 years of age.
Vehicles must only be operated by the hirer or authorised drivers.
Emergency Roadside assist is included for breakdown.
